For Pretty Brown Girls

Hi! I'm LaNaya! I am mother, wife, sister,  friend, mentor, maker and all around dope person (in my opinion...lol!). I am also the owner and creative behind Pretty Shades of You.

Today's world  can be unforgiving  and as a mom,  I wanted to ensure that as I sent my baby ladies into it, wrapped  in the power, love and knowledge of self-worth.  This part of our daily affirmations, sparked the passion and desire to have my girls and other "Pretty Brown Girls" clothed in the power that comes from knowing your worth and knowing you are loved. 

Pretty Shades of You is a one-of-a-kind brand with a strong sense of integrity and quality, that provides its customers with unique ways to express self-love, cultural appreciation and 

representation. Pretty Shades of You's goal is to help ensure that there are positive representations of us, created by us that help black women and girls around the world, live, laugh and love unapologetically!! 

As a minority woman owned company, Pretty Shades of You has firsthand knowledge of the culture and community of their client base. Our hope is that our designs help our brown and black sisters embrace their beauty, uniqueness, just all around dopeness and wear it proudly for everyone to see!
