Processing time for orders in the US takes 10-15 business days from the time your order is received.

All orders are custom made by hand using vinyl or sublimation at the time of ordering.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.

If something is sold out, it will be back!! I offer a number of items and designs and create new designs frequently. CONTACT ME to inquire about a particular item.
Yes, I do custom orders. There is a non-refundable design fee for each custom order. To protect the integrity of myself and other artist / designers, I will not exactly duplicate someone else's work. I will try my best to recreate a design similar to your idea.

I use vinyl, sublimation and DTG transfers.
Some of the designs may fade after being washed. To have your design last as long as possible, follow the care instructions included with all orders.
It is best to wash your shirt inside out and hang dry your t-shirts after washing.
If you received a defective item or are unsatisfied with your order, I will replace the item for you or offer a refund. The request for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date.
If you received your item and need to exchange for a different size, I will be happy to process an exchange for the size you need. The original item must be unworn and unwashed. The request for an exchange must be made within 30 days of the order shipment date.
As soon as possible, email customerservice@prettyshadesofyou.com with the correct address . There is a small window of time before your order ships to make changes. Please note, that once your order has shipped, I CANNOT change the address and I am not responsible for items sent to the wrong address. Please make sure to confirm all order details are correct prior to submitting the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email customerservice@prettyshadesofyou.com within 2-3 days after placing your order. After that timeframe, production of your order has begun.
